Hi, I’m James Divin! I’m 15 and the owner of Real Market Photos. Growing up around real estate because of my dad, I’ve seen how important great photos are for making a property stand out. After spending 6 months traveling the world, I fell in love with photography and decided to turn my passion into a business.

What if I don't like the photos?
If you are unhappy with the photos, you can use your , free reshoot. If you are still unhappy I will judge the photos and possibly give a refund.
Do I need to prep the house?
Yes. A list will be sent over for stuff you need to do and stuff I recommend you do.
How do I receive my invoice?
You will receive an invoice through your email and on your client dashboard.

Aren't you 15?
Yes. I am 15 meaning I am in school. I do photos on the weekend and some weekdays after school. If you would like more details, please contact me.

Is there price matching?

Can you do drone photos or videography?
Sadly, no… However, I will start drone photos when I turn 16 as that is when I am allowed to have a license. As for videography, I plan to start once I feel ready.
How far do you out of Chattanooga will you go?
Great question! My software has a set range so just type in your address, and if it doesn’t say anything is wrong, you should be good. If you are outside my set range feel free to contact me and we can figure something out.,
Can I get the RAWs?
Yes, however, only by special request. Please remember that each photo is 3 photos combined, so the RAWs don’t look quite as good as you may think.
What if I want to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 2 hours before the shoot. Please don’t abuse this 🙁
What makes you good at Airbnb
Airbnb photos are different from typical real estate photos—I know this because my parents own an Airbnb management company. Here’s why: guests browsing Airbnb want to envision special “moments” in your home. They want to picture themselves relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the porch at sunset, or gathering around your spacious dining table with family. That’s why I strongly encourage you to mention on my order form if your house is (or will be) an Airbnb, so I can make sure to capture those inviting moments.
Can I book same day?
Yes and no… I only allow 1 day before booking through my software, but if you contact me I can see if I can get something figured out for you.
